Wednesday Nights April 3rd-June 5th
Looking to train your way to a spring race, wanting to improve your running times, have a goal distance in mind to work towards? This clinic will help you prepare for all your running dreams- whether they are on the trails, roads, fast or long. Coach Tim will help prepare a training plan for your running endeavors and meet up for a weekly work out session hitting the hills or working on intervals. This run group is geared towards all runners who are comfortable running a 5km distance.

Java RunsEvery Saturday at 9AM
Every Saturday morning, come on out and join our Strides Run Group for a fun run to start your weekend off right. All levels welcome - groups will be split based on desired length of run. Groups run an average of 5 - 10km and is always followed by a social coffee! |
