2025 Spring Run Clinics
Strides Run Clubs are 10 weeks long and cost $100. All participants receive discounts at the store for the duration of the clinic, discount off local running races, informational workshop, training plans if desired and running instruction. Learn proper running form, warmups and cool downs, nutrition, shoe fitting and injury prevention and more!
Run Your Best - Train for a trail race!
Wednesdays 5:30pm - 6:30pm
April 23rd - June 25th
Are you an intermediate runner looking to push yourself in a group setting through intervals, hills, tempo runs and more? Looking to run in a trail race and want to improve your trail running? This clinic session will be designed around completing the 5Peaks trail race in June but also get you fit and ready for all your goals you may have! Each week will challenge you with a different running workout in a fun and motivating group setting with a certified Running Coach.
Participants should be very comfortable running at least 5km before starting this clinic.

Are you a newer runner looking to run approximately 5km, learn about trail running, meet new people, be motivated in a group setting? This clinic is designed around a run/walk program with the goal of getting participants to complete a minimum 5km distance by the end. This clinic is led by an experienced leader who has taken many runners from completely new to the sport to running comfortably by the end of the session!
Running 201
Mondays 5:30pm - 6:30pm
April 21st - June 23rd
Are you a runner looking to meet new people, explore new trails, learn about interval training, try some hills, and meet new people? This clinic is designed around building up to comfortably running 10km in distance. This clinic is led by an experienced leader who has taken many runners from completely new to the sport to running comfortably by the end of the session!
Please note: You can participate in both Mondays 201 and Wednesday Run Your Best sessions or pick and choose depending on your availability each week!
